secure and transparent learning management environment for our students and teachers.

- Account Information: Student and Teacher profiles, including names, roll numbers,
and contact details, are stored securely on our Firebase infrastructure.
- Academic Records: Attendance, exam results, and course materials are processed only
for educational purposes.
- Device Information: We collect device-specific information (e.g., Device ID, Model,
OS version, and IP address) to prevent unauthorized account sharing and to ensure session security
through our device management system.
- Media Handling: Profile photos are stored securely using Firebase Storage and are
only used within the app for identification.
2. Essential Permissions
To enable all features, the app requires the following permissions:
- CAMERA: Required for profile picture uploads.
- MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Essential for downloading, viewing, and saving lecture
sheets, notes, and study materials in PDF format.
- INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required for real-time data synchronization with
our servers.
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used for sending class updates, exam alerts, and batch
announcements.
3. Third-Party Services
- Firebase & Google services: We use Firebase for Auth, Firestore, and Analytics to
manage user accounts and monitor app stability.
- WhatsApp: We use WhatsApp as a communication channel for payment confirmation and
course voucher delivery. Payments are handled externally to ensure compliance with digital goods
policies.
- Ads: We do not use third-party advertisement brokers like AdMob.
Your learning experience is ad-free.
4. Data Security & Retention
We implement strict security protocols to safeguard student information. Your academic data is never sold
or shared with third-party marketing brokers. We retain your data as long as your account is active or
as needed to provide you with educational services.
5. Data Deletion and Account Removal
Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data. If you wish to delete your account
and all associated data, you can do so through the account settings in the app or by contacting us at
ahdevstudiopro@gmail.com. Upon request, we will remove your profile and academic
records from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention
requirements.
